Why worry about preparing a usual boring breakfast at home when you can actually head out and give your taste-buds and yourself a treat? Confused to make the right choice? Let me help you out by listing out the top 10 breakfasts in Dubai! These are my personal favorites, pick the one that appeals most to you and kick-start your morning in an awesome way!

  1. Gunaydin – For breakfast that overlooks the beautiful water fountain and Burj Khalifa on weekends, you have to try out Gunaydin. You are going to fall in love with the perfect selection of Turkish delicacies offered at only 98 DHS. Enjoy it while the weather is perfect!

  1. Raju Omlette – If you are looking for an Indian breakfast that serves authentic flavors amidst modern décor, then look no further than Raju Omlette. From the eggs to masala tea and butter bread, everything is really good. And guess what? This is also the cheapest value for money breakfast you can get in Dubai. Try out any of its 3 locations, including the recently opened branch in JLT.

  1. Pots Pans & Boards – This one is my ultimate favorite spot at JBR as it overlooks the gorgeous beach and the all the raw stuff from olives to eggs to cold cuts are either imported or produced fresh so the taste is amazing. The concept revolves around the name of this eatery, hence everything is served on pots, pans and boards, like literally! The croissants are freshly baked daily, which s a great thing as not many breakfast spots do this.

  1. Kaftan – Authentic Turkish breakfast buffet that serves the best shahusha and honey comg with cream in Jumeirah. What’s cooler is that the breakfast menu is served till 6PM daily, so you don’t have to worry even if you are a late riser. Besides, you can enjoy the unlimited Turkish tea they offer, I simply loved it!

  1. Eggspectations – Such a thoughtful name for a breakfast spot right? I find this to be an amazing place for all-day breakfast with delicious benedicts sweet fries on the sides and oh! don’t forget to try the Mykonos omelette. The service is super fast and friendly.

  1. Parlour Boutique – Looking for excellent croissants with benedicts? Well, surprise! There’s a French chef on board at this cozy little restaurant located in Trade Center Area, and trust me, he cooks up the best eggs as well as desserts. I especially loved benedict with salmon served on a croissant. From melted brie cheese to saffron milk cake, each and everything is simply worth it. There’s free valet parking as well, so all you have to do is hop out of your car and order away!

  1. Bistro De Arts – This is yet another cute French bistro that serves an impressive buffet style breakfast on the weekends. Just at 99 DHS, you can have your own choice of benedicts, waffle, pancake and an unlimited selection of breads, croissants, juices, cold cuts, cheese and a lot more drool-worthy stuff! It’s situated at the Marina promenade with breathtaking views of the water.

  1. Abu Jbara – Authentic Jordanian Falafel has arrived in Dubai! And yes, the owner himself is mixing the hummus and making the falafel which means you get to enjoy the same authentic taste alongside the gorgeous water canal views in Business Bay, where this eatery is located. Warning: it’s double the prices but hey, the succulent flavors and amazing ambiance makes it absolutely worth it! Don’t forget to order the Spicy hummus and fresh crispy falafel. Not for delivery with all honesty.

  1. Mamaeesh – A lovely hidden gem in Business Bay that serves amazing Middle Eastern breakfast, but want to know what’s actually special over here? The pies! If you are a big fan of pies, Mamaeesh is the place you should be heading to without second thoughts. I fell in love with them and felt that are quite different from the other places that offer similar pies.

  1. IZU Bakery – A beautiful café style bakery located in the City Walk that has been created by the very famous chef Izu, the man behind La Petite Maison and La Serre Bistro and also The Light House. Everything this place serves is fresh and amazingly delish! There are fresh croissants, beautiful tartines with different kinds of toppings like avocados and strawberries. I loved the eggs benedicts, they were done a perfect medium and the tartines are a must have if you go! Also, don’t forget to sip some coffee when you are there, it’s too good.
